New colors of silk tulle and three new narrow-striped silk taffetas have been added. Our silk tulles are very popular for bridal veils.
We carry Victorian textiles and other supplies for doll makers, creative stitchers and embroiderers, including fabrics, trims, and accessories. We have supplies for all kinds of home sewing and fabric creations. Some of the fabrics we carry are silk taffeta, silk dupioni, and silk tulle. The silk taffeta comes in stripes and solids suitable for doll makers and makers of crazy quilts, cushions, etc. Our solid colored silk taffeta and silk satin are suitable for brides' and bridesmaids' gowns. Our silk tulle creates exceptional bridal veils and christening gowns.
We also carry a varied assortment of conservation items, including acid-free tissue paper and crepeline. The tissue paper is invaluable for protecting precious textiles. Crepeline can be used to reinforce worn or fragile areas when repairing antique gowns or fabrics.
We have antique and vintage fabrics, buttons, laces, and trim, as well as antique velvet pansies and other small flowers, to decorate evening shoes and purses.
